Records of Natural Products Congress

The Records of Natural Products Congress will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend and present their research either in person or online.

Participants planning to attend the congress in person are encouraged to make their travel arrangements well in advance. Detailed information regarding the conference venue, accommodation, local transportation, and travel recommendations will be announced soon.

Visa to the Netherlands

International visitors traveling to the Netherlands must hold a valid passport or travel document. The Netherlands is a member of the Schengen Area, and visa requirements depend on the visitor's nationality.

Citizens of Schengen countries may enter the Netherlands without a visa. Visitors from non-Schengen countries may require a Schengen visa. Participants are strongly advised to check the visa requirements applicable to their nationality well in advance of travel.

Applicants requiring a visa should apply through the nearest Dutch Embassy or Consulate or the designated visa application centre in their country of residence.

Participants planning to attend in person are strongly advised to begin the visa application process well in advance of the congress dates. Participants who are unable to travel may have the opportunity to participate online through the hybrid format, subject to the applicable registration and participation requirements.

Invitation Letter

Participants who require an official invitation letter for visa applications or institutional purposes may request one from the Congress Secretariat.

Invitation letters will be issued after registration and sent to the email address used during the registration process.
